Sara’s Take on Good Leadership and Success
I believe the basis of good leadership is being a good person. One characteristic I value highly in our leaders is their ability to achieve results while developing other people. I believe it is essential for leaders to be able to develop themselves and those they work with. with zeal, focus, honesty, and perseverance to accomplish both individual and collective goals.
Success to me means my career, my life, and most importantly, my family grow. It means opportunity to do more of what I love while also having time to go outside, explore new areas, and socialize. I promise Lundbeck and my team that we will keep pushing the bar and scaling new heights as a business.
